This body butter was made to honor my Egbe (heavenly mates) in this realm and the spiritual one. I made this body butter for my grandbaby after she had a really bad breakout from using a brand named baby wash and lotion (I won't list the company's name on here). My daughter came to me and asked can I make something for Daylin or do I have something she is able to use and showed me her body. I instantly went into medicine woman mode (Holistic healer). That night my Egbe and my Egun (Ancestors) came up with this recipe well they shared the ingredients with me and I just created what they told me to. Of course it was and is a hit like the other products. I will share before and after photos so you guys can see the results in 3 weeks. My daughter refuses to use anything else except IfeKosmetics on her/my grandbaby and I second that motion. It's handmade with love and all natural Ingredients. Naturally scented. It can. Be used all over the body even in your hair. Shea butter is very beneficial to our physical and spiritual bodies. We are a walking altar and, we should treat our bodies as temples by putting only the best and beneficial products on one of our biggest organs! Selfcare is essential even for the babies. All jars also have an affirmation that should be spoken over yourself daily as you apply your butter and show yourself (Ori) some love. If you are using on a baby then recite the affirmation over him/her as you apply the moisturizer. Always end with Asé which means and so it is.
Ingredients consists of: Shea butter, grapeseed oil, avocado oil, sesame seed oil, safflower oil, arnica oil, lavender oil, Lotus oil, Calendula oil, Roman chamomile, German chamomile, Manuka honey and Turmeric Powder. All ingredients are baby safe and can be used on any one with sensitive skin.
Benefits are as followed: Soothes irritated skin and helps with skin pigmentation (dark spots). Can be used in place of diaper rash ointment but, but it was made to use all over the body.
